The NEW NATION MOVEMENT (NNM) is a NON-PARTISAN, all-inclusive Peoples' Movement. It is made up of patriotic and committed South Africans that want to work together in ways that will advance the best interests of the nation and all South Africans, both now and in the future.

The NNM is not a political party. It is a network of like-minded South Africans from all walks of life, irrespective of race or language; religion, belief, gender or social standing, who speak with one voice and objective; that is, to exercise their collective influence to build a better South Africa.

What is it about?

Recognising that the hopes and dreams of the "Rainbow Nation" have been deferred, the founders of the NNM have established this platform to bring together those who are still dreamers; those who hope for a better future because we know that the potential of our people has not yet been fully realised, and that the bounty of our land and its resources has no limits.

It is a platform for all South Africans from which to collaborate and work together for change; to restore our hope in the promise of a prosperous, shared future, and to find lasting solutions to the problems that threaten to tear our nation apart.

It is about seizing opportunities now and working together for change. It's about overcoming the limitations of the past and creating a new future that is both prosperous and secure – for everyone.

PEOPLE THIS CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING!

11 June 2020 - A historic judgment has been passed by the Constitutional Court today that would allow independent candidates to stand for public office in provincial & national government (e.g. Parliament) and perhaps even for President. We are now officially entering into a new political system in SA where political parties don't dominate. People can elect their own leaders and start holding them directly accountable. Parliament has 24 months to implement this new system. True democracy can now take effect.
